Single fragrances purchased from PUREFUME are eligible for exchange within 2 days of the delivery date. To maintain hygiene, opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.
If you wish to exchange your product, contact us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving the product. We will provide return instructions, and upon receiving the returned product in its original, unused condition, we will dispatch the replacement.
Customized products, such as BYOF (Blend Your Own Fragrances) and personalized fragrances, cannot be exchanged. Items purchased under a promotional scheme, sale, or using a gift card are also not eligible for exchange.
If your product is damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service with photographs of the damaged item(s). We will exchange the product for you at no additional cost.
PUREFUME does not offer exchanges for international orders.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Products bought on sale or using gift cards are non-refundable.
Orders can be canceled before shipment. If already shipped, you may refuse the package, and the refund will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
As we do not ship internationally, cancellation and refund policies apply only to national orders.
PUREFUME reserves the right to reject any exchange or refund requests that do not comply with the above policies or for any other reason.
