Transactions are conducted smoothly on www.purefume.in. However, if any issue arises, we have a dispute resolution process to resolve disputes amicably between buyers and Purefume. A ‘Dispute’ is a disagreement between a buyer and Purefume concerning a transaction on the Website. This User Agreement and all the rules and policies contained herein, as well as your use of the Website and your dealings with Purefume, shall be governed and construed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, India.
This page is published and shall be construed per Rule 3(11) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 ("IT Rules"), which require publishing the name of the Grievance Officer and his/her contact details on the website so that users or any victim who suffers because of a violation of Rule 3 (outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) by any other person can notify their complaints to us.

None of the User Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and Purefume, and you shall have no authority to bind Purefume in any manner whatsoever.
If any Terms of User Agreement clause is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, such a clause shall be deemed severable. It shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the User Agreement.
This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Purefume. You cannot assign or otherwise transfer this User Agreement or any rights granted to any third party. Purefume may transfer its rights and obligations (also known as "assign") under this Agreement without your prior express consent, provided that www.purefume.in assigns the Agreement on the same terms. Purefume reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the website. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the site. Your continued website use after that constitutes your agreement to all such changed terms and conditions.
Purefume's personal care products are based on natural and Ayurvedic formulations.
