If the item you purchased is damaged, contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with photographs of the damaged item(s). We will provide a solution as soon as possible.
If your single perfume doesn't meet your expectations, ship it to us within 2 days of delivery. Return shipping charges will be borne by us. Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged to maintain a high level of hygiene. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Explorer/Discovery kits, products purchased under a promotional scheme or sale, or using a gift card, are excluded from our exchange & refund policy.
Products may be exchanged within 2 days of the date of delivery. If you aren't satisfied with your perfume, we will happily send you a replacement (valid only for a single scent). BYOF (Blend Your Own Fragrances) and customized/personalized products cannot be exchanged, except for damage during transit or undelivered orders.
PUREFUME does not offer international returns or exchanges, as we do not ship internationally.
It shall take a minimum of 7-10 days for us to initiate your refund or exchange.
Products purchased under a promotional scheme or sale or using a gift card are not covered under refund or exchange policies.
You can cancel your order any time before shipping. If the order has already been shipped, you can deny accepting the order. The refund will be initiated after we receive the shipment, with the shipping charges deducted in such cases.
PUREFUME does not offer international shipping, so cancellation and refund policies only apply to national orders.
PUREFUME reserves the right to reject any exchange, return, or refund request that does not comply with the above policies or for any other reason.
